Keema curry
200ml stock ( cube and water)
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric
Pack of lean mince beef
1 onion
2 carrots
Handful peas
1tsp garam masala
2 tsp chilli powder
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp lazy ginger
4tbsp tomato purée

Frylight the pan add the ginger garlic chilli onion and carrot and cook for 2 mins, add mince and spices, and puree , stir through until mince browned, add stock then simmer until slightly reduced approx 10 mins. Serve with rice and freshly chopped coriander.
