3 large chicken breasts, or more if using mini fillets
2 tbsp reggae reggae jerk sauce per breast piece
1 red,green, yellow pepper
Healthy ‘A’ cheese or for weight watchers a pointed portion
Couscous of choice or jacket potato

cut 3 breasts lengthways then chop red green and yellow peppers into chunks. Fry light a dish add chicken and peppers and drizzle reggae reggae jerk/ BBQ sauce on the chicken. Pop Into the oven for 20 mins then add the slither of cheese on top of chicken and cook until melted. Served with couscous or a jacket potato.
