MELT IN THE MIDDLE BURGERS WITH CHEESY MUSHROOM SAUCE, AND SW CHIPS

454g (1lb) mince
12 mushrooms
1 onion
1 red pepper
1tsp of lazy garlic or 1 crushed clove
1 tsp of lazy ginger
1. Tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp dried herbs or seasoning whatever you fancy, I used Schwartz Pork seasoning.
Salt n pepper
Mini babybel light cheeses or Stilton/Cheddar etc from daily allowance.

Blitz the pepper onion and mushrooms in a blender, until chopped finely.
Tip into a bowl and Add the other ingredients except cheese, Form into burger shapes then make a dip in the top, press in the babybel or other cheese portion and form burger again around it.
Bake on a tray in oven gas 6 15-20 mins

Make the cheesy mushroom sauce by chopping 4 mushrooms into a saucepan with a tub of philadelhia light, whichever flavour you prefer.
melt into a sauce and serve .
