BANANA CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU

200g quark or cottage cheese or ricotta
200g fat free fromage frais
1tsp vanilla extract
3tbsp sweetener
150ml strong coffee cooled
12 sponge fingers
4 ripe bananas
2 tsp cocoa powder

Beat together quark and fromage frais, and vanilla in a bowl. Add sweetener and mix.
Pour cooled coffee into a bowl. Dip sponge fingers into coffee and layer half on bottom of a trifle dish
Top with half of fromage frais mixture
Lay banana slices on top,
Add another layer of sponge fingers soaked in coffee, and layer with remaining fromage frais. Cover and chill for 3-4 hrs
Before serving sprinkle with cocoa powder
