SMOKED SALMON YELLOW PEPPER & DILL QUICHE

4-5 slices smoked salmon
3 eggs beaten
300g tub of cottage cheese
1/2 yellow pepper sliced
1 onion chopped
Small handful fresh chopped dill. ( I buy herbs and freeze in ice cubes so I have always got the herb I need)
30g cheese grated

Lay the smoked salmon in the bottom of a quiche dish
Mix the eggs and cottage cheese
Fry the onion and pepper in fry light until soft, add the dill.
Add to the egg mix and pour over the salmon.
Bake at gas 6 until browned and cooked.
