Syn free

1 cucumber peeled and grated
250g low fat natural yogurt
1/4 tsp sweetener
1 red chilli chopped
8 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Juice of 1/2 lime

Place cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out all the liquid. Put cucumber in a bowl.
Add yogurt, sweetener, chilli mint and lime juice and stir well. Season, chill and serve
