MOROCCAN CHICKEN

1/2 tsp ginger
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1 1/2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts

Combine ginger, paprika, turmeric, garlic, coriander , lemon juice, in a large bowl.

Season well, add to chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and leave to marinate overnight in fridge, or a few hours if not enough time.

Grill or fry in a pan with frylight until cooked through.
