THE OMG BURGER

1 onion chopped small
1 red pepper chopped small
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 crushed garlic gloves
1 tsp mixed herbs
Salt and pepper
450g beef mince
1 beef oxo cube
1 tsp paprika
2 rashers bacon chopped

Soften pepper and onion in a frylighted pan, add bacon and fry until. Cooked.
Add Worcester sauce, balsamic, garlic, herbs , salt and pepper,
Once cooked put aside

In a large bowl add mince, the oxo cube and paprika, then add the bacon and onion mix

Mix it all together. With the burger press form the burgers , by placing some mixture in then adding a torn slice of low low cheese and then more burger mixture.
Cook in a frying pan for 4 mins each side then into a hot oven for a couple of minutes to cook through and melt the cheese.
