PEBBLES CHINESE BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE

SERVES 2

450g beef – i used steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp black pepper freshly ground,or 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp sweetener
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp freshly chopped red chilli & 1/2 tsp lazy chilli
200g bag of baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tsp dried chilli flakes
4 mushrooms sliced

add beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and sweetener to a bowl and stir well to coat.

frylight pan and add the fresh chilli and lazy chilli, the garlic and the spinach. fry for a few mins until spinach wilted – place aside.

wipe pan with kitchen paper and re spray with fry light
add beef mixture, vinegar, mushrooms and chilli flakes stir fry until cooked through.
spoon over spinach and serve with noodles or rice and stir fried veg.
