SPICED MACKEREL

2 mackerel or 4 fillets
1 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper

Put fish onto a piece of foil, skin side up
Sprinkle curry powder on, spray with frylight, add seasoning then rub into fish.

Grill for 4-5mins until skin is crisp. You won’t need to turn fish over

Serve with boiled eggs, salad etc
