PEBBLES INDIAN SPICED LAMB BURGERS

475g pack of lamb mince
1 tbsp madras curry powder
1 onion peeled and chopped small
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 beaten egg
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients with your hands
Shape into burgers, cook on BBQ or brown in pan then finish off in oven

This mixture made 5 burgers and 7 mini meatballs to use in a salad for the next day

Burgers can be frozen before cooking
