1/2 butternut squash peeled n cubed, 

1 onion, 

1 garlic Clove, 1 tsp lazy ginger, 2tsp curry powder, stock cube and water.  

Chop onion garlic ginger and fry very gently under cooked but not browned, then add butternut, curry powder, and a pint of stock. Bring to boil then simmer gently for 30 mins . Blitz with hand blender , this is now your curry sauce, add cooked veg, chicken, prawns etc .
