1 pack turkey mince 1 tsp each- dried tarragon, oregano, sage, 

Lasagne sheets half pack

2 tsp chicken Bovril,

 1 chicken stock cube

, salt pepper 

1 carton passata

Tbsp Tom purée

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 red onion

Mushrooms optional


Milk marg

Plain flour
Soften onion add the mince and brown. Add herbs, Bovril, passata, stock cube, 200ml water. Tom purée, salt n pepper allow to simmer. Meanwhile make the cheese sauce by putting heaped desert spoon of flour, desert spoon of marg and half pint of milk on to simmer . Keep stirring , When it starts to thicken add more milk so you have sauce consistency. Remove from heat and stir in desired amount of grated cheese approx 60g. 

Layer a dish with lasagne sheets, turkey mix and sauce in alternate layers. Bake 20 mins gas 6




Mix a pack of mr mash up with a teaspoon salt and 500ml boiling water til it’s like a hard dough. Put a dollop onto sheet of cling film fold film over and roll outuntil thin 

Peel back half film and fill with choice of filling then using film

roll over into sausage roll shape. For fillings I mashed some potatoes then to one batch I added the mash and half a tin of tuna, grated cheese a squidge of Tom puree to another cheese and onion , and the last sausage meat 
Brush with beaten egg and cook gas 7 til browned and crisp.

 I halved the recipe and it did 4 ramekin dishes. So I will list the recipe as half then double it if you want bigger souffles . Syn free.
Preheat oven to 4 / 180 c 350f

Place a roasting tin/ baking dish 1/3rd full of hot water in oven. 

Spray ramekin dishes, heat frying pan, spray with frylight, stir fry 100g of finely chopped broccoli with 1 large finely chopped spring onion for 6 mins. Meanwhile whisk 3 egg whites until just stiff. In a separate bowl whisk egg yolks then stir in the broccoli mix. Add 1/4 tsp mustard powder, and a teaspoon of any herb you have. Season then crumble in 30g of cheddar or Stilton . Slowly fold in egg whites with metal spoon. Spoon mix into ramekins place into dish in oven and bake for 20 mins.

Diet coke chicken in BBQ sauce***************************

I carton passata

1/2 of 500ml bottle diet coke/pepsi

I onion chopped

1tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion granules

1tbsp worcestershire sauce

1tbsp balsamic vinegar

2tbsp of tomato purée

1/4 tsp of chilli powder

1/4 tsp dry mustard powder

2 chicken stock cubes

Salt + pepper

Cook onion in frylight till soft.

Add diet coke , then rest of ingredients and cook until you get the right consistency .

I use this with mince,diced pork ,sausages and chicken and it’s yummy

Turkey pizza melts , beans and creamy sweetcorn stuffed jackets.

Fry a turkey steak in frylight, just until browned on each side about 4 mins.remove from pan, Place on a grill pan and add a splodge of Tom purée. Spread around then add pizza toppings of choice- I used ham, sweetcorn, tomato mushroom , pineapple, dried oregano and fresh basil and cheese. Melt under grill until bubbling. 
Cook jacket potato in oven or microwave, cut in half leaving deep sides ( like you would cut a lemon in half- not lengthways) scoop out potato and mix in a bowl with laughing cow cheeses or Philly with garlic.add sweetcorn , chives or spring onions etc anything you fancy. Add grated cheese if you have any of allowance left then refill jackets and place under grill or in oven if it’s still on.

1 onion chopped (I used red) a handful of mushrooms I used about 8 – sliced

125ml White wine, 750ml hot veg stock, handful of spinach 150g arborio rice. 

Frylight pan add onion and mushroom until cooked, add rice, stir until coated. Add wine and simmer until absorbed then slowly bit by bit add stock , allow to absorb each time. When used up turn off heat stir in spinach allow to wilt. Stir in 3 tbsp Parmesan. Season to taste. Gorgeous . 
SeabAss fillets – 2 pack in fish section tescos for £3.36 at the moment. 

Spray pan with frylight gentle fry fish for 5-7 mins turning once. Remove from pan, add prawns and a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce. Stir fry until heated through
